The Green Assess Franchise Network – Services and Quotations
The website is provided by Property & Training Solutions Ltd (the Franchisor) in order to provide qualified EPC and energy service leads to localised Green Assess franchise operators.
Green Assess franchisees must only offer to carry out work for which they are sufficiently knowledgeable, experienced, competent and able to carry out, taking into account all relevant factors, including the type of work, the age and type of the property concerned, and its geographical location (Services). The offer of a Service or the provision of an estimate (quotation) for a Service through the Website is based on limited information and does not constitute a contract or binding offer. Each franchisee operates as a separate legal entity and is solely responsible for the services they deliver. However, each franchisee is contractually bound by the privacy statement and terms and conditions of this website.
Client Information
Any information which you provide about yourself to the Website is known as Client Information, and you warrant that this is genuine and correct. You agree that any Client Information may be passed to Franchisees to allow them to promote their Services to you. Client Information will be treated with full confidentiality and will not be passed to any third party.
Improper Use
You must use the Website only for the purpose of obtaining information about Green Assess Assessors and their Services, and Estimates for their Services in respect of genuine enquiries. Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. Subject to this, we will not be held liable for any loss or damages arising out of this agreement or the operation or non operation of the Website.
Distance Selling Regulations
As a consumer there is a seven day cooling off period available to you during which time you are able to withdraw from the contract for any reason, subject to the following provision. The seven day cooling off period and your right to cancel will not apply when the requested work has been commenced, that is where the Energy Performance Survey has already been carried out and the full amount of the agreed quotation will become payable to the Green Assess franchisee.

Franchise specific terms
Green Assess normally meet all potential franchisees before accepting them into the network and complete the sign up process in person. However, where this is impractical, we are able to conduct the interview and screening process via conference calls.
All franchise fees and deposits are non-refundable. This is in accordance with the terms as outlined in the franchise agreement. The franchise is also classified as a commercial transaction, therefore distance selling regulations do not apply.
Please refer to your franchise agreement for full contractual details.
Course Cancellations
Cancellations that are made at least 14 days before the course start date will be able to reschedule this training to the next available date. Cancellations of less than 14 clear days, failure to attend without prior notification, candidates asked to leave due to disruptive/unsuitable behaviour, or candidates leaving after attending part of the course will not be able to reschedule and will not be entitled to a refund for this component of the training programme. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If you have to cancel your booking, please notify Green Assess in writing. These conditions will not apply if the training event is postponed or cancelled by Green Assess or any of our accredited training centres. Green Assess may allow you to transfer course dates if you are unable to attend your chosen date due to unforeseen circumstances. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Changes to the programme and registration fees
The literature supplied in our web site, brochures or verbally is for information purposes only and we ask all candidates who are joining the franchise network to undertake their own research and satisfy themselves that this course is suitable for their needs. Green Assess makes no claims to the amount of work that is available and cannot be responsible for competition levels, service prices, or any other third party factors which may affect you in the future.
The time taken to fully complete each course will vary depending on the candidate’s ability and available time to complete course modules. Average times can be provided, but these are for guidance purposes only. All of Green Assess training courses are delivered by our accredited network of specialist training providers. The most suitable provider will be selected based on your location and available dates, to ensure total convenience. All deposits are non-refundable. E&OE.
