What being a Green Assess franchisee involves

Your day-to-day work may include:
- Talking to property owners and landlords
- Following-up and converting sales leads
- Scheduling appointments and office work
- Liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents and Letting Agents
- Visiting properties and conducting EPCs / surveys / reports / valuations
- Preparing, lodging and distributing final reports
- Generating new business through networking and local self promotion
- Arranging adverts and promotional materials
